The apartment
Thisluxury guest housewas completed in 2021. We offer you a stay in our apartment on the ground floor withown entrance and private garden on the west. The location is very convenient,Only 100m. from the beachand 200m. from the center.

Dog is allowed, after consultation.

The format and service is as follows:

Room with attractive open kitchen with built-in fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven-microwave combination.

The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed.

Separate bedroom with Auping mattresses and adjustable slatted bases (manually), size 2 x 80 x 200, on which 2 single duvets;

Luxurious bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity unit;

Hot water is provided by an electric boiler of 80 L;

In the bathroom and living room there are electric radiators, which can be set independently of each other;

Free WiFi and a smart TV

Rental
From April to September only for rent per week (2 weeks in consultation).
Changeover day is Friday, arrival time 3 pm and departure 11 am. Outside the high season, the apartment can also be booked for a long weekend (Friday-Monday) or a midweek. The rent includes electricity, water, use of 2 dune cards and 1 parking permit, bed linen and towels, tourist tax for 2 people and final cleaning.

About Jacqueline & Bart
We are Bart and Jacqueline Kluijver. For many years we have been spending our summer holidays in our caravan on the beach. When our children still lived at home and they had the choice to go abroad in the summer or to Egmond aan Zee, they always chose our stay on the beach. We are avid water sports enthusiasts, but we also love to sit with a book at the high tide line. Even when the weather is less and a strong storm with high waves is our view, we enjoy it to the fullest.
In 2020 we took the step and we live permanently in Egmond aan Zee, 100 m from the beach. The sea, dunes, the cozy village and hospitable "derpers", it never gets boring.
